About The Position

The Program Assistant supports planning and operations for two Babson Academy programs: Summer Study for High School Students and the Babson Collaborative Global Student Challenge. Summer Study is a university credit-bearing program for rising high school juniors and seniors, offered online and in person. The in-person program is hosted at New England Innovation Academy in Marlborough, Massachusetts. For the Global Student Challenge, the assistant supports participant and advisor communications, judge training and jury coordination, data collection and reporting, semi-finalist communications, feedback and certificates, prize-payment processing, social media content, team interviews and testimonials, sponsor materials, and preparation for the next cycle. Additional responsibilities may be assigned. This is a temporary, hybrid position of approximately 35 hours per week, scheduled from January 11, 2027 through August 31, 2027. It is mostly remote, with in-person work during the July program dates and possible in-person attendance at other times as needed and at the manager’s discretion. Occasional virtual evening or weekend attendance at programs, meetings, and events may be required. The position is non-exempt and pays $28.00 per hour.
