The eTM (Electronic Tutoring and Mentoring) program works to connect McGill students enrolled in health professional programs with Indigenous students in high school, CEGEP, as well as those currently attending university or graduate programs and pursuing health professions training. This role involves recruiting and assisting in the selection of tutors/mentors, managing a directory of their expertise, aiding in their training, and performing administrative tasks. The position requires a high degree of professionalism, integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality.
