About The Position

The Program Assistant provides assistance with scheduling of volunteer staff & patients for after school tutoring program. This is a casual position and will be scheduled as-needed, working 3:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. or 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., 2 days per week.

Requirements

• High school diploma

Responsibilities

• Data entry, clerical and computer tasks
• Maintains the database
• Files and copies paperwork/charts
• Completes reports
• Answers phones
• Completes chart audits
• Actively participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures where appropriate and completes all position and unit safety related competencies and requirements on a timely basis.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
