About The Position
The Program Assistant provides assistance and support to our Cardiac Rehab facility. This position will support the Cardiac Rehab department. Primary location will be in Royal Oak. Must be willing to travel to Troy location when needed. Team member will process cardiac rehab referrals for all 7 cardiac rehab locations.
Requirements
- High school diploma

Responsibilities
- Data entry, clerical and computer tasks
- Maintains the database
- Files and copies paperwork/charts
- Completes reports
- Answers phones
- Completes chart audits
- Actively participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures where appropriate and completes all position and unit safety related competencies and requirements on a timely basis.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
