About The Position

Assist in managing the student application, student enrollment, program marketing, and program administration of education abroad programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Demonstrated administrative experience
  • 2-3 years professional experience
  • Excellent administrative, oral and written communications skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects
  • Ability to work as a member of a team
  • Student advising skills
  • Excellent judgment
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations, including emergencies and crisis abroad
  • Demonstrated intercultural understanding
  • Familiarity of U.S. and foreign university structures
  • Prior experience with education abroad programming

Nice To Haves

  • Background in education abroad programming and/or higher education administration is highly desirable
  • HS diploma or GED and at least 6-8 years of experience (in lieu of Bachelor's and 2-3 years experience)
  • Bachelors Degree in international studies, intercultural relations, education, foreign language, or a related field is preferred
  • Masters preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Publisher, Word)
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft
  • Knowledge of Via TRM
  • Use of social media in marketing and outreach helpful
