About The Position

As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Navy’s Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE), Mission Systems. You’ll work Assistant Program Managers to prepare acquisition documents while monitoring other aspects of cost, schedule and performance. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Office and Power BI tools, and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, or project analysts. Requirements

  • Experience supporting Navy or DoD clients
  • Experience supporting Navy or DoD Program Management Offices
  • Knowledge of DoD Adaptive Acquisition framework or DoD Instruction DoD 5000.02
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts related to electronic warfare, information warfare, and signals intelligence
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience writing DoD Acquisition documentation
  • Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Project Management Professional, Agile, or SAFe certification

Responsibilities
