We are seeking Program Analyst who will support the Indirect Fires Protection Capability Increment 2 (IFPC Inc 2) Office by contributing to program development, acquisition planning, and execution. In this role, you will define technical objectives, and support the creation of acquisition plans, schedules, and life cycle cost estimates. The position leads and coordinates Integrated Product Teams, facilitates communication across internal and external partners, and develops both short and long range program planning objectives. Additional duties include supporting PPB&E activities, identifying and mitigating program risks, assisting with program management and milestone documentation, maintaining integrated master schedules, preparing statements of work and contract documents, analyzing contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with Agency and DoD acquisition policies.

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree
  • 10 years of relevant DOD experience
  • Working knowledge of Army procurement requirements
  • Must have an in-scope Secret security clearance
