About The Position

As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Naval Enterprise Networks. You’ll work with key stakeholders to maintain schedules, assist with tactical planning using resources like MS Planner, and Azure DevOps, and data visualization using resources like MS Power Platform. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Navy program management
  • Experience pulling structured or unstructured data into dashboards or analytic products to highlight trends, risks, or opportunities
  • Experience supporting senior leaders by managing complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritizing engagements
  • Knowledge of project management techniques, including Agile, risk management, schedule management, and cost management
  • Ability to leverage tools such as Power Platform to organize, analyze, and visualize data for decision support
  • Ability to synthesize information from various sources such as emails, files, and meetings and present distilled insights to leadership
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience applying more advanced data techniques such as predictive analytics, statistical trending, or automation workflows
  • Experience with SharePoint, Dataverse, or enterprise data environments
  • Experience preparing materials for portfolio, strategy, or planning meetings
