About The Position

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need a program management specialist like you who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our Army clients. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like M365 and regular interactions with client leadership and staff. The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. Requirements

  • Experience working in a government environment and collaborating with team members and leadership
  • Experience scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Experience submitting visit requests and escorting uncleared visitors
  • Experience working in Army365, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Army systems and programs such as MIRARS and DTS
  • Ability to prepare briefings, presentations, and reports for management review
  • Ability to juggle numerous tasks and requirements
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
