About The Position

The Program Analyst supports leadership by combining advanced analytical skill, strong problem‑solving ability, and targeted support to strategic initiatives. This position provides analytical insights, develops technical solutions that enhance data capabilities, researches industry and fraud trends, and contributes to strategic efforts across the department. This role spans forward-looking analytics, program evaluation, trend identification, and cross‑department analytical support. The Program Analyst partners with leadership to assess opportunities, evaluate processes, contribute to improvement efforts, and supports program priorities.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Person, defined as a US Citizen or Green Card Holder (required for working in GovCloud environments).
  • Bachelor's degree required; analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, criminology, or similar field preferred. In lieu of a degree, 4 years of related experience required.
  • 3 years of experience conducting independent, complex research and analysis required
  • Thorough knowledge of current analytical techniques (e.g., trend analysis and performance measurement)
  • Experience working with large datasets in Excel and SQL/PostgreSQL required.
  • Experience with cloud-based data environments required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting complex cross functional projects to successful completion preferred
  • Experience with insurance claim or law enforcement analysis preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical insights ranging from broad program assessments to deep-dive analyses that supports program priorities.
  • Develop technical solutions that strengthen data capabilities, streamline processes, and improve analytical effectiveness.
  • Research industry, technology, and fraud trends to identify emerging risks and opportunities.
  • Lead or support cross‑functional projects, pilots, and program initiatives.
  • Create clear reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate complex analysis into actionable guidance.
  • Conduct independent, advanced research and data analysis to support departmental and organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, member companies, and external partners to gather requirements and deliver insights.
  • Other duties as assigned
