About The Position

The Program Analyst will provide assistance in responding to data calls, submitting recommendations for program reviews, and tracking outstanding actions. This role involves performing analysis on labor expenditures, hours spent performing task work, travel costs, and other direct costs. The analyst will record this analysis within periodic (monthly) and on-demand technical and financial status reports. Additionally, the position supports the development of various reports and presentations using Microsoft Office for both internal and external customers. The role also includes coordinating meetings and teleconferences, and supporting In-Process Reviews with the government when required.

Requirements

• Must be experienced in supporting SPAWAR and Navy Projects performing above duties
• Must be experienced in the use of MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Must be experienced in communicating orally and verbally
• Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance

Nice To Haves

• Degree in Management or Finance is preferred
• PMP certification highly desired but not required
