Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
- 2+ years of related finance or business analysis experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and levels of an organization.
- Strong organization skills and focus on accuracy and consistency.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities and clients.
- US Citizenship Required

Responsibilities
- Perform complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
- Work closely with customer stakeholders and multiple internal teams collaborating to develop actionable insights regarding project goals, progress, and implementation.
- Participate in the development of project plans and timelines.
- Track project progress utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) and update project documentation.
- Conduct data analysis and create reports to help program managers make informed decisions.
- Identify risks and issues that may affect project success and propose mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
- Attend project status meetings and provide updates to project stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for change.
- Review and evaluate project deliverables to ensure they meet project requirements.
- Participate in special projects, as required.
