About The Position

ITC Defense is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to provide Task Order management support to NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support. The role supports day-to-day management of assigned Task Order projects involving Repair and Return purchase order management for procurements supporting Foreign Military Sales international repair orders, as well as the activities associated with assigned tasks.

The position is located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Applicants must hold an active Secret security clearance or be able to obtain one. U.S. citizenship is required for most positions. Employment with ITC is at-will, and duties may change or be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Current active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• 3–5 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Prior experience with military or government contracting and procurement processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently within program boundaries in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to work well with a small team.
• Strong ownership of tasks and focus on quality.
• Observant and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between FMS repair managers and NAVSUP WSS repair buyers.
• Support NAVSUP WSS Surface repair teams with supply chain analysis and supply-system research using management reports and IT systems such as WebRoR to research aged commercial purchase requests.
• Engage with Procuring Contract Officers and their staff; prepare reports on aged requirements; and maintain notes, records, and status updates as directed by the government technical sponsor.
• Prepare metrics and management reports on aged repair requirements and provide status updates.
• Facilitate meetings and prepare materials for senior-level engagements with contracting and operational directorates.
• Conduct sufficiency reviews of Purchase Request packages with NAVSUP WSS repair managers before routing them to the responsible contracting branch.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
