About The Position

JRC is seeking a Program Analyst to support mission-critical Navy programs on its Missiles & Space Team. The role supports operational excellence by streamlining workflows, prioritizing deliverables, and helping ensure deadlines are met. It includes coordinating engagements with senior Navy officials, managing leadership schedules and travel, preparing executive communications, reviewing presentations for accuracy and compliance with SSP branding standards, organizing events, and providing administrative support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Active DoD SECRET clearance or higher, or have held an active clearance within the past two years.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project), Adobe Acrobat, Fox It, and Visio.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Experience working within the DoD and with Navy officials and senior leaders.
Knowledge of strategic systems programs and related technical terminology.

Responsibilities

Schedule meetings and appointments with senior Navy officials, program managers, and key stakeholders.
Manage complex schedules and arrange travel, itineraries, and logistics for senior leadership.
Prepare, edit, and refine correspondence, reports, and presentations for senior decision-makers.
Review PowerPoint presentations for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with SSP branding standards.
Organize conferences, meetings, and special events, ensuring timely and seamless delivery.
Answer phones, respond to emails, and perform other tasks as assigned.
