About The Position

Zantech is seeking a talented Program Analyst for an onsite role in Arlington, VA, to support a Service Delivery & Resource Allocation Management Support project. This role involves providing general support to leadership, including financial tracking, acquisition document coordination, tasker management, and administrative functions. The Program Analyst will prepare briefings, reports, and communications up to TS/SCI level, offering broad business operations and program support across financial, administrative, and programmatic functions. This generalist role is crucial for day-to-day operations, requiring flexibility to shift priorities rapidly across various task areas. Candidates must demonstrate competency in at least two of five core support domains: financial/budgeting, acquisition documentation, meeting/event coordination, DoD policy knowledge, or multi-stakeholder communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years in a program analysis or business operations role, preferably in an R&D or DoD environment
  • Experience in at least two of the following: developing and maintaining financial budgets/tracking financial milestones, creating and coordinating acquisition documents, organizing meetings and developing briefings for technical and non-technical audiences, knowledge of DoD/DARPA policies and regulations, or multi-stakeholder communication and project management
  • Experience supporting senior government personnel in a fast-paced DoD environment
  • Ability to prepare documents and briefings up to TS/SCI level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project, and classified systems (SIPRNet/JWICS)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to deal with conflicts and diverse stakeholders
  • US Citizenship required
  • Must possess an Active US Top Secret (TS); must be eligible for SCI access
  • Bachelor's degree in any field

Responsibilities

  • Support financial milestone tracking, budget maintenance, and acquisition document preparation as assigned
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare read-ahead materials, and manage action items from ACO leadership meetings
  • Assist in preparation of briefings, reports, and communication documents up to TS/SCI level
  • Support 100% on-time completion of assigned taskers/drills/exercises; assist with tracking across the broader team
  • Provide programmatic input to trip reports, program summaries, and review briefings as directed
  • Maintain file structures on classified and unclassified systems; support quarterly document reviews
  • Coordinate IT requests and visitor management support as needed
  • Assist with DARPA-sponsored event logistics including conferences, off-sites, and technology demonstrations
