Academic Req: Required – Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program/institution, including coursework in statistical analysis. Preferred - Graduate degree from accredited program/institution in one of the following areas: social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology or related field of study Work Experience: Required – Two years of experience and/or training in child welfare or family service or crisis response and data management. Understanding of human trafficking field an asset. Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables: 1. Continuously develop the program database and reporting mechanisms 2. Submit timely and accurate programmatic reports as assigned 3. Liaise between leadership, direct service staff, and information/technology to coordinate continuous quality improvement in data collection methods 4. Frequently traverse from one location to another 5. Meets all deadlines required by program supervisor and state and federal partners 6. Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to this position 7. Identify trends and training needs and develop trainings with program leadership 8. Meet regularly with program staff at all levels to understand the impact and goals of data entry and analysis for all roles in the program 9. Develop data collection plans with program leadership to target programmatic goals 10. Identify key trends in the field, service gaps, and successes, and communicate findings to an array of audiences 11. Draft weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc analytic reports for the program 12. Effectively analyse data and articulate implications for program, agency, and federal programming 13. Develop and maintain mechanisms to monitor program performance and assess the effectiveness of program interventions 14. Provide direct, objective feedback for program leadership to evaluate individual staff performance and training needs 15. Effectively use a variety of software and service platforms, including but not limited to call center technology platforms, SalesForce, ETO, and SharePoint 16. Ensure communication up and down the chain is immediate, including all safety concerns and required reporting 17. Participate in scheduled meetings, in-service training and team decisions 18. Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed or requested by position supervisor 19. Maintain BCFS HHS professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in BCFS HHS employee handbook including demonstrating respect for agency staff, children, and community members and always complying with required dress code Requirements: 1.
