About The Position

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst for its Hanahan, South Carolina location. This individual-contributor role supports project planning, scheduling, reporting, and coordination across technical and production efforts. The analyst maintains accurate project documentation, supports communication across functions, and helps ensure program objectives are achieved effectively and on schedule.

The role provides day-to-day support to project and production teams by maintaining schedules, preparing reports, tracking status, and coordinating information among stakeholders. It contributes to planning, issue identification, and document control, helping ensure consistent, accurate, and timely project execution. The position works under general direction and follows established procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of experience.
• Familiarity with documentation control practices and data accuracy standards.
• Ability to work within established processes and support continuous improvement.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with scheduling tools; Microsoft Project is preferred.
• Prior exposure to government, Department of Defense, technical, or production environments.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, documentation, and routine status reporting.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; Microsoft Project experience is beneficial but not required.
• Prepare weekly status and production reports summarizing progress, issues, risks, and planned work.
• Maintain trackers for milestones, asset and equipment status, workflow progress, and delivery timelines.
• Assist with assignment and readiness documentation for fielding, deployment, or delivery activities.
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, or risks requiring attention.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, production, and program teams to gather accurate updates.
• Maintain document version control, accuracy, and compliance with data-handling requirements.
• Support problem-solving efforts using established procedures and policies.
• Communicate across teams to ensure alignment and awareness of key tasks and deadlines.
