About The Position

This position is for the support of Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) Integrated Program Team (IPT) leaders in the Program Management Competency Planning and Management Department of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division at Lakehurst, NJ. The department is responsible for the planning and management of multiple ALRE programs.

Requirements

• Support of Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) Integrated Program Team (IPT) leaders
• Program Management Competency Planning and Management Department support
• Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division at Lakehurst, NJ location
• Planning and management of multiple ALRE programs
• Develop Power Point presentations for Program Management Reviews, NAVSEA customers, ALRE Conferences, working groups and readiness reviews
• PM support in meeting preparation including drafting the agenda and recording actions
• Prepare and draft correspondences (naval messages, business letters, action item responses, project/program execution evaluations and status)
• Assist in developing and implementing methods to monitor cost, schedule, and data deliverables
• Oversee development, management and coordination of Ship Change Documents (SCDs) for Navy Modernization process

Responsibilities
