About The Position

The Program Analyst, Staff will join the Automotive Chipset Program Management organization in San Diego, partnering closely with Program Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive end-to-end program execution. This role requires a highly proactive, self-directed individual with strong analytical problem-solving capabilities, deep program knowledge, and the ability to lead complex initiatives with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, anticipates risks, and independently drives solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Associate's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with aptitude for learning new tools and systems.
  • Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills to drive collaboration and results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Agile tools.
  • Familiarity with technical/engineering terminology.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and meet tight deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in program planning, scheduling, and analysis with an understanding of project constraints.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing processes, including production and materials planning.
  • Experience with SharePoint, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Agile tools, and data analysis techniques (e.g., pivot tables).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute complex tasks including chipset and hardware forecasting, deliverable scheduling, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain program data and metrics; analyze trends using tools (e.g., pivot tables, charts) and identify inconsistencies with recommended actions.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing on build plans, orders, and allocations; communicate impacts, status, and solutions across teams.
  • Align supply plans with customer demand in collaboration with Sales and Operations.
  • Create and maintain chipset MCNs; Understand platform variances and necessary ECCN requests.
  • Partner with chipset operations and engineering to support forecasts, deliverables, and allocations aligned with program timelines.
  • Lead Bring-Up (BU) activities, including lab planning, equipment coordination, guidance documentation, and logistics.
  • Manage shipping logistics, including coordination, tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Support team engagement activities including Bring Up events and programs related orders.
  • Communicate and escalate changes to timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
