We are excited to initiate this requisition to hire a Staff Analyst to join the team supporting 737 Wing Manufacturing at Renton, WA. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting findings
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications
  • 1+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
  • Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage at the Senior Executive level

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and assess the architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze and summarize data including budget information, workforce levels, training requirements, and equipment/facility needs to support decision-making.
  • Lead the development, planning, and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.
  • Partner with organizational leaders on long-range strategies, goals, and objectives.
  • Provide continuous assessment of meeting and review structures to improve effectiveness.
  • Develop executive-level briefings and lead the design, logistics, and facilitation of meetings and events.
  • Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources to support organizational performance tracking.
  • Utilize best practices in email correspondence, meeting notices, formatting, and document management to enhance communication and efficiency
  • Support safety and quality initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of first-time quality and continuous improvement.
  • Assist leaders and teams in completing action items by setting reminders, facilitating meetings, and providing clear instructions
  • Organize and maintain SharePoint and shared server content
