Outpost Technologies is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support military test and evaluation. This position will work closely with the Project Manager, Government, and Industry partners to coordinate program activities, maintain schedules, track action items, and support technical documentation efforts. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain exposure to advanced weapon systems development while supporting a critical Army modernization priority. The Junior Test Engineer/Analyst will assist in developing test plans, coordinating meetings, tracking program metrics, and preparing briefing materials for government customers and industry partners. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder organizations. The candidate must be adaptable, willing to learn quickly, and able to support fast-paced program execution in a dynamic test environment. Communication skills and a proactive attitude are strongly desired. The Candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to producing quality work that supports customer mission success. The Candidate must always present a professional demeanor while representing Outpost Technologies to customers and stakeholders. The posted compensation reflects the anticipated salary range for this position. Actual pay will be determined by a variety of factors including experience, education, certifications, and alignment with internal compensation structures specific to government contracting requirements.
