About The Position

ITC Defense is seeking a Program Analyst, Journeyman to support AUKUS-related program activities. This position supports the coordination and execution of complex multinational program efforts in support of mission and program objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, STEM, International Affairs, or a related field.
  • At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience in program coordination, program management support, program analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder programs or initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze program information, identify issues or potential impacts, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for most positions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, government acquisition, contracting, or other defense-related programs.
  • Experience supporting multinational or international programs involving coordination with foreign partners or stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Security Assistance, Security Cooperation, or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.
  • Familiarity with AUKUS-related programs, initiatives, or activities.
  • Experience coordinating activities across engineering, supply chain, logistics, or other technical or functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day AUKUS program activities across multiple workstreams to support continuity, alignment, and timely execution.
  • Track program actions, deliverables, milestones, and decisions, maintaining visibility into status and identifying potential gaps, delays, or outstanding actions.
  • Maintain program documentation and records, including action logs, working documents, stakeholder inputs, decision records, and other supporting materials.
  • Prepare program updates, reports, briefings, and readouts that communicate status, key issues, risks, and outstanding actions to program leadership and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings and communications across internal teams, external stakeholders, and international partners, including Australian suppliers, to support information sharing, follow-up actions, and alignment of program activities.
  • Support program leadership with the coordination and execution of activities necessary to meet program objectives and requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
