About The Position

Mayvin is seeking a Program Analyst II to support the Tactical Operations Division, Personnel Security Branch (PSB) office of the U.S. Marshals Service. This position will assist with a variety of financial and administrative functions and serve as a liaison between federal employees, contractors, and divisions across the U.S. Marshals Service. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI)

Requirements

Bachelors degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the above tasks
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills
Exhibit a high level of confidentiality
Must be a U.S. Citizen

Nice To Haves

Experienced in using the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS)

Responsibilities

Performs a variety of financial transactions to include obligations, accruals, payment to support the needs of the PSB office
Provide administrative and financial assistance to manage several reimbursable agreements with trading partners to ensure that adequate funding and invoices are received and paid in a timely manner
Monitor orders in the internal financial system and with the G-Invoicing platform and advise on any issues or changes in a timely manner
Assists with maintaining program files of all requisitions and recording all incoming purchases and equipment ensuring that all paperwork is complete
Provide administrative coordination support between internal divisions, field offices, external partners, and stakeholders involved in the processing of background investigations
Review and analyze complex financial documents to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, program policies, and procedures
Provide general operational, analytical, and administrative support necessary to sustain the workflow of the background investigation workflow
