About The Position

QC Servion is seeking a Program Analyst – Data Center Delivery to support large-scale data center and infrastructure programs across the QC Ecosystem. This role serves as a critical member of the Program Management Office (PMO), helping transform program requirements, project information, and operational data into clear documentation, reliable reporting, and standardized processes. The Program Analyst works closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, Project Controls, and delivery teams to ensure leadership has accurate information and visibility into program performance. We are seeking someone with experience supporting project, program, construction, engineering, infrastructure, capital project, or PMO environments who is comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, entities, and workstreams. The ideal candidate enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, creating order from complex information, and ensuring reporting and documentation can be trusted for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred, may substitute 7 years’ experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, PMO Analyst, Program Analyst, Project Controls Analyst, or Program Coordination role.
  • Strong documentation, process mapping, and requirements gathering experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with reporting platforms such as Power BI, Smartsheet, ClickUp, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies, trends, and process gaps.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting data center, infrastructure, construction, engineering, capital project, utility, manufacturing, or EPC programs.
  • PMO or Project Controls experience.
  • Familiarity with project delivery lifecycles and program governance structures.
  • Exposure to schedule, cost, risk, or performance reporting.
  • Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-stakeholder organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, organize, and document program, operational, and business requirements from stakeholders across the ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, process maps, onboarding materials, and PMO templates.
  • Standardize documentation practices across multiple entities and project teams.
  • Support requirements intake and change management processes throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Validate data inputs before information is distributed to program leadership.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across dashboards, reports, metrics, and status updates.
  • Maintain data dictionaries and reporting standards to ensure common definitions across all stakeholders.
  • Perform data quality reviews and identify gaps, inconsistencies, or reporting risks.
  • Support Program Managers and Project Managers with reporting, documentation, meeting preparation, and analysis.
  • Assist with onboarding new projects, entities, vendors, and workstreams into established PMO processes.
  • Coordinate information flow between engineering, design, infrastructure, construction, and program teams.
  • Maintain centralized repositories for program documentation and reporting.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, reporting challenges, and documentation gaps.
  • Recommend solutions that improve consistency, efficiency, and program visibility.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the PMO organization.
  • Develop scalable frameworks that improve delivery across a growing ecosystem.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, project delivery, and leadership teams.
  • Facilitate information gathering and ensure alignment between stakeholders.
  • Translate complex information into formats that are easily understood by multiple audiences.
