As a key member of the local Datacenter Operations team, you will be involved in the deployment planning and optimization of IT capacity, collaborating closely with Electrical Engineers and Critical Environment Field Service Engineers. Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) powers our cloud services, and as an Energy Resource Manager (ERM), you will play a crucial role in delivering the core infrastructure for services like Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and Microsoft Azure. By improving Infrastructure Utilization Effectiveness (IUE) and Power Harvesting (PH), you will lead retrofit efforts for legacy datacenters and optimize capacity in existing facilities.
