About The Position

This position supports planning, analysis, and evaluation work for programs and systems used in the Veterans' Homes. It focuses on studying information, improving procedures, and helping teams make informed decisions. As a Program Analyst 3, you will perform the following duties: Program Research: Conduct studies and analyze initiatives to measure program success and align work with agency goals. Facility Operations: Address programming procedures, review findings, and prepare recommendations to improve efficiency. Grant Coordination: Work with departments to develop grant applications, monitor compliance, and ensure funding requirements are met. Data Reporting: Create quarterly and annual reports by analyzing program data and presenting performance metrics. Program Evaluation: Design evaluations, develop data collection strategies, and analyze information for complex programs. Team Leadership: Lead cross functional teams in studying new products, testing solutions, and preparing summary reports.

Requirements

  • One year as a Program Analyst 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
  • Three years of analytical experience, two of which include professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training
  • Pass a favorable National Crime Information Center (NCIC) screening for admittance to Fort Indiantown Gap
  • Maintain an Automated Installation Entry (AIE) card once it is issued
  • Meet the PA residency requirement
  • Be able to perform essential job functions
  • Submission of criminal history reports
