Requirements
- One year as a Program Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
- Two years of analytical experience, one of which includes professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree
- An equivalent combination of experience and training
- Meet the PA residency requirement
- Be able to perform essential job functions
- Pass a background investigation
- No felony conviction within the last ten years of the prospective date of employment
- Information to support eligibility must be provided on the application (i.e., relevant, detailed experience/education)
- Attach a copy of college transcripts if claiming education
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning efforts by helping lead sessions with agency leadership and supporting major initiatives
- Work with staff, partners, and stakeholders to plan meetings, analyze information, and build shared agreements
- Review reports and coordinate with leaders to promote adherence to business processes and policies
- Support the organization and sharing of important agency information through research and collaboration
- Track project progress, gather details, and help move assignments toward clear and timely results
