Requirements

• One year as a Program Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
• Two years of analytical experience, one of which includes professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree
• An equivalent combination of experience and training
• Meet the PA residency requirement
• Be able to perform essential job functions

Responsibilities

• Review Small Business Advantage Grant (SBAG) applications, track awards and payments, and assist applicants with program questions
• Provide guidance on Pollution Prevention Assistance Account Loan requirements and review related reports
• Maintain documentation for grant and loan programs and report issues to the Ombudsman
• Help develop and update publications, videos, handouts, and annual reports for the Small Business Environmental Assistance Program (SBEAP)
• Conduct SAP data reviews to prepare financial reports and identify actions needed to support program fund management
