About The Position

The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC), a human services agency, is seeking a Program Aide for its Life Time Adult Day Program in Lemoyne. The Program Aide supports adult participants with daily care needs, meal service, and structured activities. The role helps maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment while ensuring compliance with individual care plans, agency policies, and safety procedures.

This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Starting pay is $13.54 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be physically able to care for program participants.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Secondary education or equivalent work experience working with people who have disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support adult participants with daily care needs.
