Requirements

• Good organization skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to manage day-to-day tasks with ease and independence
• Microsoft program experience an asset
• Strong in verbal, written and visual communication
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively

Responsibilities

• Quality check and control of in-progress work orders
• Assign work orders to contractors once QA has been completed
• Track work orders from beginning to end to ensure compliance with program requirements
• Revising work orders with any changes required after initial audit
• Communication regarding outstanding work orders
• Assisting with process of invoice packages
• Prepare and set up new contractors in the program
• Handling contractor and customer issues and escalating when necessary
