The Program Administrator will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in contract order entry and invoicing, maintaining compliance with documentation standards, and providing timely responses to inquiries. Key duties include proactive communication of order status, resolution of shipping issues within 48 hours, maintaining up-to-date dashboards and reports, safeguarding confidential information, and supporting audits. Success in this role requires professionalism in customer interactions, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous process improvement. The role supports timely, compliant program execution and financial performance through order processing, logistics coordination, and accurate documentation management, acting as a liaison between internal teams and customers.
