About The Position

Manage and execute all administrative and operational functions for five academic programs during the academic year, including J-term and summer. Coordinate with Faculty, Program Directors and Department Administration on matters that affect the academic programming and realization of curated public-facing events. Supervise all aspects of programmatic activities relating to personnel, scheduling, space; manage budgets, donor funds and grants: and work closely with the Department Administration on special projects. Supervise and mentor program staff and student workers. Offer cross-program support for projects and initiatives involving other academic programs within the department, School, and University.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years relevant administrative experience, including supervision experience.
• Ability to provide advice, problem solve, and interact with individuals at all levels.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Proficiency with productivity and database software.

• Experience in higher education and an arts discipline relevant to the program.
