Support coordination of NIH reorganization activities by helping track timelines, action items, and deliverables. Assist with engaging stakeholders across National Institutes of Health (NIH) Institutes and Centers (ICs) by gathering input and supporting meeting preparation and follow-up. Help develop and update reorganization materials, including org charts, tracking logs, and basic documentation. Track multiple workstreams and provide status updates, highlighting any risks or delays to the team. Support updates to policies, procedures, and SOPs to reflect new organizational structures. Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, workshops, and working sessions. Conduct basic research and analysis to support understanding of current-state operations and potential improvements.
