The University of Arkansas is seeking a dynamic, innovative, collaborative, and enthusiastic colleague for the Educational Leadership (EDLE) Program in the Department of Counseling, Leadership, and Research Methods. This role involves working with current faculty to prepare K-12 leaders in three graduate degree programs: school-level leadership master's, district-level leadership educational specialist, and doctorate in educational leadership. The successful applicant will have extensive experience as an educational leader at both building and district levels, with knowledge and skills in connecting practice to teaching and scholarship. Responsibilities include holding a significant doctoral advisory load, serving as chair of doctoral-level dissertation committees, collaborating with faculty on curriculum design and implementation, contributing to major program initiatives (like student recruitment, admissions, and assessment), and building/sustaining professional partnerships with schools and districts. The position also involves assisting with program coordination. A consistent campus presence is expected despite courses being offered synchronously online. Regular, reliable attendance and the ability to maintain collegial working relationships are essential.
