Professor Nursing Skills Lab - Utah Campus (Full-Time)
About The Position
Joyce University is seeking a passionate nurse educator to join its Nursing Skills Team in Draper, Utah. This is an on-campus, full-time role focused on preparing students for nursing practice through hands-on instruction in nursing skills and simulation labs. The professor will mentor and assess students, collaborate with fellow educators, contribute to curriculum development and improvement, and support other simulation or skills courses as needed. The role also requires upholding Joyce University’s mission, vision, and values, maintaining AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) provider and instructor certification, and staying current with nursing education practices and technologies. The annual salary range is $82,000–$92,000.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing.
- Unencumbered RN license in the state of Utah.
Nice To Haves
- APRN credentials or equivalent clinical specialization.
- 2–3 years of teaching, simulation, or clinical education experience.
