About The Position

Monash University is seeking an exceptional leader to become the next Director of the Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MIPS), a leading pharmaceutical research institute. This role offers the opportunity to accelerate a globally recognized institute with significant university support. The position involves leading a team of over 250 staff and 250 PhD students at the forefront of drug discovery and development. MIPS is known for translating scientific discoveries into real-world impact through a collaborative research model. A new $120M+ translational drug discovery facility is set to open in 2027, further enhancing MIPS's global leadership in pharmaceutical innovation.
