About The Position

This position is responsible for floor plan CAD drawing creation, revision, and management, cubicle/headcount management, people move coordination and management (including building reset), office area modification (OAM project) including cubicles, private offices, & conference rooms, furniture inventory management (including quarterly warehouse audit), and service request (furniture & key) management. This role is the owner of Space Management Projects. The roles & responsibilities are subject to be adjusted per business need.

Requirements

Strong CAD design experiences (specialized in office space & furniture layout design preferred)
3+ years experience in space management or relevant experiences
Bachelor degree (or equivalent) required
Outstanding Project management & time management skills
Experience of MS office products & space management software is preferred (such as Service Now and Nuvolo)

Responsibilities

Floor plan CAD drawing creation, revision, and management
Cubicle / Headcount management
People move coordination and management (including building reset)
Office area modification (OAM project) including cubicles, private offices, & conference rooms
