About The Position

This position is responsible for creating, revising, and managing floor plan CAD drawings, cubicle/headcount management, coordinating people moves, managing office area modifications (OAM projects) including cubicles, private offices, and conference rooms, and managing furniture inventory. The role also includes managing service requests for furniture and keys, and owning Space Management Projects. The roles and responsibilities are subject to adjustment based on business needs.

Requirements

Strong CAD design experiences (specialized in office space & furniture layout design preferred)
3+ years experience in space management or relevant experiences
Bachelor degree (or equivalent) required
Outstanding Project management & time management skills
Experience of MS office products & space management software is preferred (such as Service Now and Nuvolo)

Responsibilities

Floor plan CAD drawing creation, revision, and management
Cubicle / Headcount management
People move coordination and management (including building reset)
Office area modification (OAM project) including cubicles, private offices, & conference rooms
Furniture Inventory management (including quarterly warehouse audit)
Service request (furniture & key) management
Owner of Space Management Projects
