About The Position
Trimble’s AECO team is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consulting Professional to help shape technology that supports the construction and building asset lifecycle. The role owns end-to-end product vision and backlog strategy, prioritizing features that create customer and business value. It bridges technical delivery and business strategy, working across development, design, and business teams to translate user needs into user stories and sprint plans. The position also involves hands-on technical initiatives with SQL processes, JavaScript integrations, and client database frameworks; gathering customer requirements and delivering client training; and overseeing user acceptance testing and release management to support high-quality adoption and delivery. The position is remote in the US and requires up to 50% travel.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as a consulting professional or in a closely aligned role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Technical capability with SQL scripting, database management, and basic JavaScript integration concepts.
- Ability to gather customer requirements, define acceptance criteria, and conduct data-driven business analysis.
- Strong collaborative communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Operations (AECO).
- Familiarity with Trimble software products and ecosystem solutions.
- Scrum certification such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product backlog strategy and prioritize high-impact feature releases to maximize customer and business value.
- Partner with development, design, and business teams to translate complex user needs into actionable user stories and sprint plans.
- Direct technical initiatives involving SQL processes, JavaScript integrations, and client database frameworks.
- Define customer requirements and lead interactive client training sessions to gather feedback and support adoption.
- Oversee user acceptance testing and release management pipelines for seamless, high-quality solution delivery.
