As a Professional Services Consultant, you are the critical link between our cutting- edge technology and the real-world financial goals of our global clients. You aren't just implementing a platform; you are a digital architect and a trusted advisor. Your mission is to deeply understand a client's unique business environment, prescribe industry best practices, and architect a configuration that transforms their treasury operations into a powerhouse of efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS
- Consultative Mindset: experience in roles where you don’t just take orders; you ask "why," challenge the status quo, and lead clients toward better outcomes
- Technical Aptitude: experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding how data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs
- Communication Skills: experience translating "tech-speak" into "CFO-speak," making complex financial concepts accessible and compelling
- Treasury Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting
- Financial Fluency: Previous experience working with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance - comfortable discussing cash flow, debt, and financial risk
Responsibilities
- Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements
- Design and document the "To-Be" state, determining the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury’s suite to meet specific client goals
- Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through treasury best practices and helping them modernize legacy processes
- Take a hands-on approach to configuring the platform, ensuring the technical setup aligns perfectly with the strategic vision
- Facilitate high-impact training sessions that empower users and ensure the client realizes the maximum ROI from our solutions
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to provide client feedback and influence the future of our product roadmap
