About The Position

This role supports organisations across APAC to solve complex workforce, talent, and leadership challenges through data-driven insight and consulting. Working closely with senior HR and business leaders, the consultant conducts discovery and diagnostic engagements, analyses workforce and assessment data, and translates findings into practical recommendations that improve people and business outcomes. The role combines consulting, talent analytics, psychometrics, and stakeholder engagement, offering the opportunity to develop expertise in workforce strategy, organisational effectiveness, and leadership development while partnering with a diverse range of clients and industries. This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time, remote role offering the opportunity to work with a diverse range of organisations across the APAC region and make a tangible impact on their people and business strategies.

Requirements

  • Consulting or advisory experience in talent, people analytics, organisational development or a closely related field.
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English, with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders in both.
  • Strong analytical judgement: you can tell evidence from assumption and explain the difference persuasively.
  • Credible executive presence and excellent facilitation, storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in growing consulting practice.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with psychometric or behavioural assessment is an advantage, though not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to solve complex workforce, talent and leadership challenges.
  • Lead discovery and diagnostic engagements with clients across multiple industries and markets.
  • Analyse workforce, assessment and talent data to identify meaningful insights and opportunities.
  • Translate complex findings into clear, practical recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, influencing decision-making and challenging conventional thinking where appropriate.
  • Develop deep expertise in Thomas assessment solutions, talent analytics and organisational effectiveness.
  • Work closely with a collaborative, international team of consultants and subject matter experts.
  • Gain exposure to a broad range of client projects, from leadership development and succession planning to workforce transformation and talent strategy.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and contribute directly to their success.
