About The Position

Provides exceptional consulting services to credit union and bank clients. We work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of DNA Core Financial Software and deliver best-in-class solutions to meet their business needs.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with DNA Core system.
10+ years of expertise within the financial industry, specializing in finance, accounting, back-office processing, deposit operations, or retail deposit.
Strong analytical thinking and strategic consulting skills.
Highly motivated to meet deliverables and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Core system administration experience.
Experience working with large enterprise wide application systems
SQL development
Experience with HTML5 and CSS
Experience with Fiserv DNA and WMF technology
Familiarity with Wolters Kluwer and Ascensus forms module
Knowledge of DocuSign
Online and printed media Desktop Design
Knowledge of printers and peripherals installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Ability to travel up to 50-75%, including weekends and holidays.
Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

Support the sales and consulting team in delivering outstanding service to clients.
Act as a change champion, driving process improvement initiatives to enhance client experiences.
Configure and implement DNA Core Processing Functionality.
Document client and internal discussions and decisions for reference.
Execute assigned duties and groups of work efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with clients to evaluate readiness for conversion and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
Test new features and functionality of the DNA product suite.
Provide backup support to Principal Consultants.
Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
