Requirements

• Must pass a clean background check
• Possess reliable transportation
• Hold a valid driver's license
• Provide a minimum of 2 professional references.

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of professional caregiving experience is preferred.
• CNA or HHA certification is a major plus, but not required.
• Flexibility to work weekend shifts is highly preferred.
• Patient, trustworthy, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required.
• Provide timely cues to ensure medications are taken as prescribed.
• Keep the client's living space clean, tidy, and sanitized.
• Engage in meaningful conversation, activities, and emotional support.
• Provide safety oversight, reminders, and specialized care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's.
• Drive clients to local medical appointments, grocery stores, or errands.
