Personal Care Coordinator - Caregiver
About The Position
Senior Helpers of Silver Spring is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors maintain independence, safety, and comfort in their homes. As a Caregiver, your daily tasks will vary and may include assisting with daily routines, meal preparation, mobility support, transportation to appointments, and household chores. A significant aspect of the role involves providing companionship, engaging in conversation, and offering encouragement. The company provides comprehensive training, including hands-on orientation, skills development, and specialized training for conditions such as dementia, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's.
Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable caregiver committed to making a difference
- Caring, patient, and positive attitude
- Professionalism, reliability, and ability to work independently
- Recent TB test
- Certified CPR and first aid
- Able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
