Responsibilities

Arrive punctually at scheduled job sites and coordinate daily goals with the Operations Manager.
Set up organized staging areas for equipment, tools, and materials to ensure an efficient workflow.
Understand daily production targets and monitor pace to meet or exceed milestones.
Assist with end-of-day planning and preparation for the following workday.
Protect non-painted areas, flooring, and client property using drop cloths, plastic masking, and tape.
Perform thorough surface prep—including scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming—to ensure proper adhesion and a durable finish.
Apply paints, stains, and specialty finishes uniformly to achieve smooth, opaque coverage.
Maintain rigorous quality standards to eliminate brush marks, lap lines, runs, sags, holidays (missed spots), or other surface imperfections.
Maintain an orderly worksite to minimize disruption to the client's home or business.
Address client questions or concerns promptly, courteously, and professionally.
Conduct daily cleanup by removing empty containers, masking trash, and hazardous materials.
Complete final touch-ups, glass cleaning, and inspection upon project completion, ensuring adjacent surfaces remain pristine.
