About The Position

A prominent bilingual family relocating to the Carlton Woods neighborhood is seeking two exceptional professional nannies to form a dedicated rotational team. This role is designed for experienced career nannies who are fluent in both Spanish and English. The team will operate on a 14 days on, 14 days off rotation, providing continuous 24/7 coverage while on duty, including travel. Candidates must be prepared for frequent travel, including international trips, as the family owns a private plane. The position involves caring for 3-year-old twin boys. The mother is highly involved and has established systems and routines, seeking nannies who can adapt to her structure and pace. This role requires nannies who can observe, follow direction precisely, and provide consistent, calm support within an existing framework. The family currently has household management staff, and the nannies may assist with organizing children's belongings and routines during the transition to the new home.

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish and English (non-negotiable)
Valid passport required
Prepared to travel on short notice, including internationally
Fully vaccinated, including COVID-19 and flu
Direct, hands-on experience with UHNW or high-profile private families
Patient, unflappable, and highly organized
Ability to work well with a strong, intense personality
Ability to anticipate needs before they are voiced
Ability to maintain structure without rigidity
BA/BS college degree, AA in a related field of study, or a minimum of 5+ years of professional nanny experience
Up-to-date First-Aid & CPR certification (willingness to renew as needed)
Ability to make a one-year commitment (unless applying for a temporary position)
A passion for working with children
5+ years of childcare experience in any field
Excellent work and personal references
U.S. Driver’s license (does not apply to NYC residents)
Competent swimmer (if and when required)
Non-smoker
Must be live-scanned and registered with Trustline if a CA resident
Willingness to sign a no-cell phone driving guarantee
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Willingness to complete Stop the Silence training upon membership
