Spanish-Speaking Rota Team Needed For Family In The Woodlands!

The Nanny LeagueSpring, TX
$120,000 - $200,000Remote

About The Position

A prominent bilingual family relocating to the Carlton Woods neighborhood this December is seeking two exceptional professional nannies to form a dedicated rotational team. This is one of the most sought-after roles in the industry, built for career nannies at the very top of their craft. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English, non-negotiable for this search, with additional languages considered a strong plus. The team will work a 14 days on, 14 days off rotation, providing full round-the-clock coverage while on duty, including travel. Travel is highly expected and anticipated, and a valid passport is required. The family maintains their own private plane, and candidates should be prepared to travel on short notice as needed. Candidates should be willing to travel internationally to the family's country of origin for trial. The role is caring for 3-year-old twin boys. Mom is deeply involved and highly particular about her systems and routines and is looking for nannies who can move fluidly within her established structure while also flexing to the family's pace day to day. This is not a role for someone who needs to build their own systems from scratch; it's for someone who can read the room, follow her lead precisely, and bring calm, capable consistency to a household that already knows exactly what it wants. Candidates need to be fully vaccinated, including COVID-19 and flu, hold a valid passport, and have direct, hands-on experience with UHNW or high-profile private families. Above all, this role calls for someone patient, unflappable, and highly organized, someone who can work well with a strong, intense personality, anticipate needs before they're voiced, and hold the line on structure without ever making it feel rigid.
