About The Position

At Green Cleaning DFW, we are seeking a Professional Maid who takes ownership of their work, gets it right, and genuinely cares about the families counting on them. We have been voted the area's best cleaning company every year since 2016. We are looking for someone who holds themselves to a high standard and performs this work with genuine heart. This role is physically demanding, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, lifting up to 30 lbs, performing repetitive motions, and climbing stairs. If you enjoy staying active and take pride in hands-on work, you'll feel right at home here. We offer a Monday-Friday schedule, typically 8am-5pm, with full-time, year-round stability. Performance-based weekly pay ranges from $800-$1,200/week (including tips), with mileage reimbursement and paid training. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products. We actively develop our team members into leadership roles, with growth opportunities including Trainer, Deep Clean Specialist, Mentor, Content Creator, and Pod Leader. We are especially looking for people with the potential to become trainers. Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, and stay on feet for most of an 8-hour shift.
Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach repeatedly.
Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment (up to 30 lbs).
Ability to perform repetitive motions such as scrubbing, wiping, and vacuuming.
Ability to climb stairs in residential homes.
A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning tasks in homes according to a clear, step-by-step system.
Take ownership of work and ensure tasks are completed thoroughly.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
Be consistent and reliable in daily work.
Care for the homes and families served.
Visit the office once a week for team meetings, training, and supply restocks.
