About The Position

Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, is seeking a Professional Liability Attorney to join its Philadelphia office. This role is for an attorney with 2-5 years of legal experience, preferably in civil litigation, to join a dynamic professional liability practice. The position is ideal for a candidate who desires to work alongside trial lawyers defending insurance agents, real estate professionals, directors and officers, and other licensed professionals sued for professional negligence. The practice is team-based and highly collaborative, offering meaningful client interaction and a clear path for professional development and practice growth. The firm invests in its attorneys' development, providing mentorship and skill development through hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting, allowing attorneys to grow into full case management at their own pace. Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills are highly valued and continuously refined.
