About The Position

Marshall Dennehey, P.C. is seeking a Professional Liability attorney with 3–5 years of legal experience for its Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. The attorney will join a collaborative, client-focused litigation practice group representing government officials, police officers, prison guards, cities, and municipalities in civil rights, employment, and general litigation matters. The role offers client interaction and opportunities to contribute to practice growth.

The attorney will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates through hands-on case experience, mentoring, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting. Independent case management from inception through trial is not expected at the outset; the attorney will develop toward full case management at their own pace. Requirements

• 3–5 years of legal experience.
